What to include in a business email signature
- Name, title and business — so people know who you are and what you do.
- One phone number and your website — keep contact details short.
- Your logo (optional) — a small image link. No logo yet? Try the free logo maker.
- One call to action — like “Book a free consult” or “View our work”.
- Your ABN (optional) — handy for business customers who need it for their records.
Keep it to four or five lines. Big images, quotes and long disclaimers make emails look like spam — and often break on phones.
