Privacy Policy
This policy explains what personal information Invozi collects through this website, why we collect it, and how we look after it. We’ve kept it short and in plain English.
Who we are
“Invozi”, “we”, “us” and “our” refer to the business that operates the Invozi website. We’re based in Australia and handle personal information in line with the Australian Privacy Principles.
Invozi hasn’t launched yet. This policy covers this website. When the Invozi app launches, we’ll update this policy to cover the app too, before you’re asked to use it.
What we collect
We only collect personal information you choose to give us through forms on this website:
| Form | What we collect |
|---|---|
| Join the waitlist | Your email address. |
| Help Center contact form | Your name, email, topic and message. |
| Suggest a feature | Your idea and, if you choose, your email. |
| Careers | Your name, email, the area you’re interested in, any link you share (such as LinkedIn or a portfolio) and your message. |
Like most websites, our hosting provider automatically records basic technical information when you visit — such as your IP address, browser type and the pages requested — to deliver the site and keep it secure.
Please don’t send us sensitive information (like health information or tax file numbers) through our forms.
How we use it
- To add you to the waitlist and email you about Invozi’s launch and early-access pricing.
- To reply to your questions, support requests and feature suggestions.
- To consider you for future roles if you register interest in working with us.
- To improve Invozi and this website.
- To keep the website secure and meet our legal obligations.
Every marketing email will include a way to unsubscribe, and you can ask us to remove you from the waitlist at any time.
Who we share it with
We don’t sell or rent your personal information. We share it only with service providers that help us run this website, such as:
- Formspree — processes our website forms and delivers your submissions to us.
- Vercel — hosts this website.
- Google Fonts — provides the fonts on this website. Your browser connects to Google to load them, which shares your IP address with Google.
- Our email provider, to reply to you and send launch updates.
Some of these providers store information outside Australia, including in the United States. We choose reputable providers and only share what they need to provide their service. We may also disclose information if required by law.
Free tools and your browser
Our free tools — like the GST calculator, business name generator, logo maker and email signature generator — run in your web browser. What you type into them isn’t sent to us.
Some tools save your settings in your browser’s local storage (for example, your shortlisted names, logo design or signature details) so they’re there when you come back. This stays on your device; you can clear it at any time through your browser settings.
Cookies and tracking
This website doesn’t use advertising cookies, analytics trackers or social media pixels. If we add analytics in future, we’ll update this policy first.
How we store and protect it
We take reasonable steps to protect your personal information from misuse, loss and unauthorised access — including using reputable providers and encrypted (HTTPS) connections. We keep personal information only for as long as we need it for the purposes above, then delete it.
Accessing, correcting or deleting your information
You can ask to see the personal information we hold about you, correct it, or have it deleted — including removing yourself from the waitlist. Just get in touch using the contact form in our Help Center and we’ll respond within a reasonable time (usually 30 days).
Questions and complaints
If you have a question or a privacy complaint, please contact us using the contact form in our Help Center. We’ll look into it and get back to you. If you’re not satisfied with our response, you can contact the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner (OAIC) — see how to make a privacy complaint.
Changes to this policy
We’ll update this policy as Invozi grows — including before the app launches. The date at the top shows when it was last updated.
