Our story
Why we built Invozi
We’ve spent years working alongside small businesses — tradies, designers, consultants, studios — and we kept seeing the same thing. Brilliant people at their craft, losing hours every month wrestling with invoices.
The tools they were using weren’t the problem, exactly. They were built for accountants: bank reconciliations, charts of accounts, payroll. Powerful, but complex — and priced like it. Plenty of people were paying hundreds of dollars a year just to send an invoice.
So we asked a simple question: what if invoicing was just… easy? Create a professional invoice in under a minute. Get paid on time with friendly reminders. Pay a fair, flat price. That’s Invozi.
